- Getting to know others working in the area of mental health and organizational development.
- Reducing duplication of initiatives within BC.
- Identifying gaps.
- Providing a venue for those working in the area to provide support and helpful feedback.
This is a small conference with a maximum of 25 people. Each team of presenters has 30 minutes for presentation and discussion. Presenters are from the health authorities, unions, academia, consultants, and organizations collaborating within healthcare.
