An investigation was conducted in response to concerns expressed by employees of the Mission Memorial Hospital (MMH) Laboratory that they were experiencing a high incidence of cancer. A final report compiles the investigation of cancer incidence at the MMH Laboratory and the results of an extensive consultation process with the employer, labour representatives, and the individuals involved.
